The preparation and acceptance of Cheap CNC lathe is generally carried out in two phases.
- pre-validate
The purpose is to check and verify that the cheap CNC lathe can meet the user’s processing quality and productivity, and check the information and spare parts provided by the supplier. The supplier can only perform pre-acceptance after the cnc lathe machine has passed the normal operation and has been inspected and produced to produce qualified parts.
- Final acceptance
According to the acceptance criteria, the technical indicators provided on the certificate are determined, and the acceptance work is divided into the following steps:
(1) Unpacking inspection;
(2) Visual inspection;
(3) Acceptance cheap CNC lathe performance and numerical control functions;
(4) Acceptance of CNC turning lathe accuracy (including position accuracy and work accuracy).
When the geometric accuracy of the machine tool is accepted, it is completed once after the fine adjustment of the machine tool, and cheap CNC lathe is not allowed to adjust one test item. The position accuracy test shall be carried out according to the corresponding accuracy acceptance criteria. The working accuracy of the machine tool is a comprehensive precision, which not only reflects the geometric accuracy and positional accuracy of the machine tool but also includes the error caused by various factors such as the material of the test piece, the ambient temperature, the tool performance, and the cutting conditions.
When accepting CNC machine tools, strengthening the inspection of the above aspects is very beneficial to equipment management and can reduce unnecessary losses.
