Small CNC turning machine CK0680A is a fully automatic CNC lathe independently developed, designed, manufactured and sold by Taian Haishu Machinery Co., Ltd. This small CNC turning machine is equipped with a pneumatic manipulator, a pneumatic pusher and a work-piece magazine. The main motor adopts the servo main motor, which can realize the spindle indexing and positioning function.
Chng is our old client, he is from Malaysia. He orders about 10 CNC turning lathes from our company every year. This time, his client needed a fully automatic CNC metal lathe to produce a specific work-piece. He required the machine to automatically feed, clamp and process automatically. He first provided us with a drawing of the workpiece, and our technicians discussed it. We initially prepared the configuration plan of the small CNC turning machine and sent it to Chng. He confirmed the plan with the customer and sent some samples to us. After further research, the small CNC turning machine scheme was finally determined and a 3D dynamic model was produced. The customer was very satisfied and signed the contract.
After 30 days, we completed the small CNC turning machine and tested it using rough parts provided by Chng, and the results were good. We notified Chng of this news, and when he came to our company to try the CNC machine equipment on-site and achieved good results. He is satisfied.
